Buenos Aires and Patagonia Experience

Discover Buenos Aires, Latin America’s most European capital by taking a journey to the mythical Patagonia, patchwork of landscapes, steppes, impenetrable forests, glaciers and rivers.

Itinerary –  8 nights

Day 1: Buenos Aires. Arrival at Ezeiza Airport.  Reception and transfer to the hotel. Free time.

Day 2: Afternoon city tour, visiting its main attractions: Recoleta, Palermo, San Telmo, La Boca and Puerto Madero neighbourhoods; we will see 9 de Julio Avenue and the Obelisk; the Colón Theater, May Square and the Cathedral; Caminito street, among others.

Day 3:Buenos Aires/ El Calafate. Breakfast and transfer from hotel to Domestic Airport to board your flight to El Calafate. Arrival in El Calafate, reception and transfer to the hotel. During the afternoon visit to Glaciarium (Ice Museum). Return to hotel.

Day 4: El Calafate. After breakfast, we will set out on a visit to Parque Nacional Los Glaciares approaching Perito Moreno Glacier, UNESCO’s World Heritage Site and a full advancing glacier.  Constant towers of ice collapsing and breaking up into gigantic ice floes are astonishing to watch at any time of the year.

Day 5: El Calafate/Ushuaia. Breakfast. Transfer to be scheduled from hotel to El Calafate Airport to board your flight to Ushuaia.  Reception and transfer to selected hotel.

Day 6: Ushuaia. After breakfast, we head towards Argentina’s southernmost national park: Parque Nacional Tierra del Fuego, which combines the coastline of Lapataia and Ensenada Bays with mountainous terrain, deep valleys with rivers and lakes and the Subantartic forest of lengas and Magellan’s beech trees. Opportunity to board on the Tren del Fin del Mundo (End of the World Train) (optional). The tour ends around noon leaving free time for lunch.  In the afternoon, we will sail along the Beagle Channel for native-bird and sea lion watching and then spotting the iconic Les Eclaireurs lighthouse.

Day 7: Ushuaia/ Buenos Aires. Breakfast. According to flight schedule, transfer from hotel to Ushuaia Airport, flying to Buenos Aires.  Reception at Aeroparque and transfer to the chosen hotel.  At night, we will enjoy a tango show together with an exquisite dinner.

Day 8: Buenos Aires. Breakfast. Free day for optional activities.

Day 9: Buenos Aires. Breakfast. Transfer from hotel to Ezeiza Airport to be scheduled for your return flight.
